Storyline:
BLEACH, Book 1:
A 15 year-old Ichigo Kurosaki...
Salvation of Mankind:
Ichigo found a mysterious spirit wearing a black kimono (japanese traditional costume)... She was in his room and they had a conversation. Until, one of Ichigo's younger sisters, was heard screaming and was frightened. A hollow was trying to attack human beings. Ichigo had to save his sister, Rukia fought the Hollow. Rukia then found out that Ichigo got some spiritual powers. Rukia stubbed him with her sword... in order to transfer her Shinigami Powers to Ichigo. And Ichigo's spirit went out of his physical body, and became a Shinigami, holding a giant sword. Rukia's sword was intensified and went getting bigger. And they defeated the Hollow.

Abduction of Rukia:
One night, Rukia was out of sight, her presence was not felt by them. Byakuya Kikuchi and Renji Abarai were taking Rukia back to Soul Society. It was a crime to make someone a Shinigami without any authorized agreement with the whole "Gotei 13" - The 13 Squads of the Soul Society.
Urahara told Ichigo to gain his own Shinigami Powers through spiritual training. Limitations were all set to moderation, Ichigo might grew into a Hollow instead. Urahara waited for long hours, just to see Ichigo's Hollow was also surviving and still existing as a negative soul in Ichigo's body. Ichigo gained the Shinigami Powers after that.

Salvation of Rukia:
Ichigo and friends went on a new journey to the Soul Society. They fought the 13 Squads and their Captains. To save Rukia from being persecuted and executed by the laws of Soul Society. Some of the Soul Society Dwellers, welcomed Ichigo and his friends.
Ichigo learned the Flash Step Technique from a former Captain of Gotei 13; to fight fairly with Renji and Byakuya.

Surfacing of the Villains:
It was found out that Captain Aizen and his members, was making a fake plot to make a chaos in the Soul Society. The Gotei 13 and other guardians of Soul Society fought Captain Aizen's gang. And even Ichigo's group fought also. However, they failed to stop Captain Aizen. He managed to get the Hogyuko (Magical Orb) and went away. They were escaping to Hueco Mundo, when everyone already gathered and some were wounded.
